We must continue to strengthen and build partnerships for more effective services to people with disabilities.

Eradicating the VR program of the Rehabilitation Act is not the answer. If we unite and speak with a strong voice, lawmakers will realize that it is still politically correct to have programs that lead to jobs and independent living for persons with disabilities.
